Give us a call or send an email. We’ll follow up to learn about your cat’s needs and your upcoming cat sitting needs. This call is a great time to ask additional questions you may have about services and we’ll schedule the New Client Meet & Greet.

Next is your New Client Meet & Greet. We come to your home to meet you and your kitties, learn their routine, their favorite hang-out spots, and go over their care routine in more detail. We’ll also wrap up paperwork, collect payment information and confirm your travel plans and the cat sitting schedule.

Before your Meet & Greet we’ll help you set up your easy-to-use Client Portal account. This is your all-in-one hub to request future visits, see visit reports and photos, share care and home details.
Once we’ve met and your Client Portal is set up we can confirm your cat sitting reservations. From then on you are a customer and booking kitty care visits is a breeze.
