Meow Cat Sitting was created in 2018, after 7 years of caring for fur-kids all around Arden and Asheville, NC.

My intent to focus primarily on Cat Sitting is to provide loving care for the pets who always see the short end of the deal in multi-pet households. In my many years of experience as a professional pet sitter, I observed that in most  multi-pet households, cats get the “left-over” time for attention and care, because dogs demand more of a pet sitter’s time. I aim to change that cat care method by dedicating all of my attention to just cats and their small pet companions.

I provide care in your home, as an alternative to boarding or being left alone for days, which allows your cats to remain in their own environment where they are happiest, and maintain their daily routine.

I build relationships with your kitties, so they are cared for by a familiar who knows their routines, favorite toys, just how to serve their meals and knows all of their secret hiding spaces. I am experienced with safely administering medications – if that is necessary – and know just the right treats to offer to make it all better. I offer you peace of mind through communication after every visit, with photos and sometimes videos. (Especially if they are doing something really cute.)

Our purr-kids are often misunderstood as independent, aloof, vindictive, wild, shy, loners. We cat parents know that couldn’t be further from the truth!  I know cat lovers in Asheville, NC and Arden appreciate when their purr-kids are well cared for, and appreciate the relief of peace of mind that only a dedicated professional pet sitter can offer.
